What is the standard shipping timeframe for complete bikes?
Complete bikes are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via ground freight. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international locations, please use our dealer locator to find an authorized Salsa retailer in your region.
What is your return policy for framesets and components?
Items in new, uninstalled condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How do I register my new Salsa bike for warranty purposes?
You can register your bike on our website under the 'Support' section. You will need your serial number, which is located on the underside of the bottom bracket shell.
Are Salsa bikes shipped fully assembled?
Bikes shipped directly to consumers require some assembly, including installing the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We recommend having a professional mechanic perform a safety check before your first ride.
