At Salsa Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your adventure needs, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including all original manuals and components.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
